SAVE THE DATE CARDS
Save the date cards are a fun way of informing your guests that you are getting married. If you are organised and have booked your wedding well in advance then it is time to send them out. They are especially useful if you are getting married during a busy peak period or have guests travelling from overseas. One per couple will do and one per single guest, you do not need to send them to your evening guests.
WEDDING / EVENING INVITATIONS
Your invitations will set the tone and create that vital first impression with your guests. It is advisable to send your day and evening invitations at least 8 to 12 weeks before your wedding day. We recommend you order at least 5 extra DAY invitations just in case!
In with your invitations we can include an RSVP card and envelope. RSVP cards are a fantastic method to use for receiving a quick response from your guests. In addition to RSVP cards we can include information cards. These cards can include, for example, directions to the event, accommodation and hotel availability. They slip in nicely behind the RSVP card in our pocketfold invitation.
ORDER OF SERVICE
Order of service cards provide your guests with a breakdown of the events during your wedding ceremony. Details can include recessional and processional music, hymns, readings and poems. They are also a lovely keepsake for your guests to cherish. Treat them like a hymn book, so one per couple will do but remember you will need to provide copies to the minister/priest, the organist and choir and so on so we recommend that you order at least 10 additional cards. We will need your wedding ceremony details at least 4 weeks before your wedding date.
The table plan is simply a seated diagram. It guides your guests to which table they are sitting at and who else among the guests are at their table. It also creates the first impression to your guests before they enter the wedding reception event. Again they are coordinated to match your wedding theme and we request we receive the details at least 4 weeks before your wedding day.
Place cards add a touch of elegance and play an important part in the ambience of your wedding table. We can personalise them by printing your guest's names directly on to the cards or we can leave them blank, if you choose the personalised service we will require a list of their names at least 3 weeks before your wedding day.
Wedding favours and accessories add that special touch to your wedding reception table. They are not just for decoration but they make the perfect keepsake for your guests and are sweet reminders of your special day. They are embellished to match your chosen theme and can be filled with special treats (We do not stock favour fillings, sorry!). We supply personalised favours in box form or we can provide name tags to simply attach to your chosen accessory.
Menu cards can be used for both a buffet and a sit down meal. We suggest a maximum of 3 per standard sized table (10 – 12 guests). Normally the venue will supply menu cards, but to continue with your wedding theme we recommend our personal touch. We request we receive the content of the menu details at least 3 weeks before your wedding day.
Personalised guest books are a must! They are passed around your guests for them to leave comments and provide you with lovely memories and are a beautiful keepsake of your special day.
THANK YOU CARDS
Thank you cards are sent out to your guests after the wedding (after the honeymoon) and are used to thank your guests for their kind gift. They are normally left blank for your own message but we can pre-print a standard message if requested.
These beautiful boxes are used to store precious moments of your wonderful day - such as order of service card, cake topper, garter, wedding cards and gift tags and so on. They are personalised and decorated to match the theme of your special day.
