We recommend 8 to 12 weeks before your wedding day.
Yes, we can print their names on invitations and place cards at a cost of 25 pence per card. We also offer an envelope printing service if required.
Yes of course! We have no hidden charges.
Pocketfolds include an RSVP card and envelope but information cards need to be ordered separately. Classic and flat style invites do not include either but can be ordered if required.
Sure! We can send you examples of different fonts and of wording suggestions.
Absolutely! Ribbon, diamantes and embellishments can all be altered to coordinate with your own personal theme.
No you don’t have to; we recommend you order in stages. As a guide we advise –
Stage 1 – Save the Dates then your Day and Evening Invitations and RSVPs.
Stage 2 – On the Day Items
Stage 3 – Thank You Cards
We will send your proofs to check (as a PDF document) via email. Or alternatively, if you prefer, we can send them by post. It is very important that you check their content thoroughly. We do not begin the printing process until we have received full approval from you therefore we will not be held responsible for any mistakes which have gone unnoticed thereafter. So please check then double check ALL content.
We can accept payment by bank transfer (our preferred method), by cheque or cash. An option to pay through PayPal will be available very soon.
We prefer to use Royal Mail Special Delivery service for our stationery orders (please refer to our terms & conditions for costs) All other items will be sent via first class Recorded Delivery. Due to their size, table plans will be sent separately. We offer a free delivery service on orders exceeding £500. A free local drop off or pick up service is also available at a mutually agreeable time.
We recommend having your invitations weighed before posting. It is likely the inserts increase the value of P&P. Just in case!
You can cancel your order up to 10 days after the deposit of 50% has been paid. Following this time period we hope you appreciate that we will need to charge for any work or expenses incurred on our part. Please note that this amount will normally exceed the amount of the initial deposit paid.
